Description
Abstract:The main topic of the thesis and research is financial innovation and investment changes during the covid-19 pandemic, focusing on Hungary and the European Union (EU). How did the investors’ attitudes and investments change during the pandemic of covid-19 How did the banks react to the restriction, and what do clients think of video banking What impacts do these have on the future The hypothesis is that the investment behaviour of the population has changed and that cryptocurrencies and non-traditional investment types have become more popular. This hypothesis could not be entirely confirmed. Concerning the banking system, the hypothesis is that several have introduced video banking, but its usage is not widespread, this hypothesis was confirmed by the research.
