Kivonat: | This thesis presents an exploratory qualitative analysis of Vodafone Intelligent Solutions Europe's, VOIS EU, supply chain strategies to mitigate disruptions caused by the COVID-19 crisis between 2019 and 2022 or financial years 2020 to 2023. It examines the strategic approaches and development goals adopted by VOIS EU entities, including VRT, VOIS Hungary, VOIS Albania, and VOIS Spain, focusing on their achievements, challenges, and key transformation projects during the fiscal years 2021 and 2022. The study highlights the importance of local market and headquarters delivery models, onshore VOIS satellite operations, shared operations strategies, and skills hubs for driving efficiency and cost savings. It also discusses introducing the Flexforce initiative and HRSCC governance to address workforce planning and administration challenges. Key transformation projects, such as supplier consolidation, fraud risk monitoring, IT spend approach, and CARE partner realignment, are explored in-depth. Through a qualitative analysis of the VOIS EU supply chain strategies, this thesis demonstrates how the organization managed to navigate the complexities of the COVID-19 crisis and align itself with its long-term vision for 2025. |
