Kivonat:This study focuses on assessing how involved the local community is in tourist projects in Hue's Bao La Knitting Village and tries to pinpoint the elements that encourage and limit this engagement. The region experiences economic progress while preserving cultural traditions and natural ecosystems by fostering locally oriented-tourism.According to the research's findings, the local community either participates formally or not at all in the provision of tourist services. Four crucial factors that promote community involvement are outlined and examined in order to comprehend the dynamics of it.On the basis of the study's findings, a number of proposals are put forth to improve community consensus and encourage more community engagement in tourism-related activities. These recommendations are meant to improve the community's living conditions so that they can successfully contribute to the growth and sustainability of tourism in Bao La Knitting Village. The goal of this research is to advance community-based tourism, which promotes the neighborhood economy and assures the preservation of cultural traditions and natural environments.
