| Abstract: | Inrecent years, China has elevated rural revitalization to the level of anational strategy and the government has increased its attention to the development of therural economy. Achieving high-quality development of rural tourismis highly compatible with the rural revitalization strategy. This study takesthe Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region(XUAR) of China as an example to examine how to realize the high-quality developmentofrural tourism in the context ofthe rural revitalization strategy. The studyfocuses on the current state of rural tourism development in the XinjiangUyghur Autonomous Region andinvestigates the challenges to rural tourism growth in Xinjiang.It also examines the implications of successful rural tourism growth cases in Italy for theXinjiang region. Furthermore, the study suggestssolutions to currentdifficulties. Through the combination of rural tourismand agriculture, the goal is to generatea variety of rural tourism productsand develop rural tourism brands.In addition, rural income channels will be expanded and the development of rural tourisminfrastructure will be supportedto help revitalize the countryside. |
