| Kivonat: | Thisresearch paper is an across-the-board study of the key opportunities andchallenges associated with investment development in the ACE (Adventure,Cultural, and Eco-tourism) tourism in Azerbaijan. However, the fundamental aimof this study is to ascertain the well and woes of tourism investment in ACEtourism to enhance the continuous growth of the tourism sector and to analyzethe Azerbaijani government’s strategies for the FDI to ACE tourism for keepingthe positive flow of investment. Therefore, the research has found that, despitethe significant prospects for foreign and domestic investors, currently, thelevel of investments is inadequate to make Azerbaijan a top-prioritydestination for ACE tourism.Thisresearch will find a new pavement to clarify the ways of applying internationalexperience to make the use of investments in ACE tourism more efficient. Themain trends in the profitability of investment activities in ACE tourism,analyzing the overall tourism investment climate and the development dynamicsof investments in the tourism sector in the current period in Azerbaijan, theframework to scale up sustainable and green tourism investments in ACE tourism,how to ensure FDI in ACE tourism in Azerbaijan, how to successfully applyGlobal FDI Greenfield investment Trends to ACE tourism are also described. Itis important to reveal the possibilities of attracting investments in tourismfrom various sources in Azerbaijan and the features of using theseopportunities for the development of tourism directly. In recent years, variousentities such as government bodies, public and private institutions, domesticentrepreneurs, and foreign investors played pivotal roles and have demonstratedvarying degrees of involvement and influence in shaping the tourism industry,and their actions have contributed to the emergence of new tendencies andchanges in the sector. The government’spolicy for taking measures to increase Tourism Investments in ACE tourism andexploring the existing potential of ACE tourism infrastructure in Azerbaijan isessential for the basics of this topic.
