Abstract:This thesis examines how wellness and spa tourism in Hungary influences domestic supply and satisfies international demand. This study offers insights into the elements that support the development of the wellness and spa tourism industry in Hungary through an examination of marketing strategies, seasonality impacts, market possibilities, and the effect of Covid-19, war and inflation. In addition, it investigates at worldwide visitor trends, sustainability measures, and the ways that health tourism affects people's subjective quality of life. Understanding these trends will help stakeholders improve the competitiveness of the sector and meet the changing demands of wellness tourists.
