Kivonat:The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to identify the most effective crisis management strategies for companies on social media platforms. The research includes both qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide a comprehensive understanding of the topic. The qualitative research explores the best practices for crisis management on social media through a semi-structured interview with a marketing professional. The international quantitative research surveys the general public, specifically average social media users, to gain insight into their experiences with crisis management on social media. The results of the research will be used to develop a set of recommendations for companies to effectively manage crises on social media. The study contributes to the growth of materials on crisis management in the digital age and provides insights for companies to enhance their social media crisis management strategies.
