Abstract: | The main aim of the dissertation is to examine the employees’ commitment,motivation and their behavioral methods, reactions with the leaders inside theorganization. The research topic could be a help for the actual leaders in a governmentalcorporate in order to motivate their team and increase their performance of work. If theorganizational commitment inside the team is not successful that assumes to reduce thewithdrawal behavior of the employees, which could easily affect the team’s performance.In the research topic I would like to find out more about the employees’ commitment andbehavioral. In this thesis I inspect two big state-owned company in order to preserve theiranonymity, I am not going to write the real company name, in the research I am going todefine them as „Company A” and „Company B”. In this investigation I narrow the scopeof the research into two big state-owned logistic Hungarian companies. The first of themwill be named as „Company A” and the second will be named as „Company B”. |
