Abstract:Vascular Venture Ltd., based in Budapest, was founded in 2007 as a trading company being active in the healthcare sector. The company suffers from high competition in the market of minimal invasive therapy so it needs to break out from the average. VV has to determine the customers’ needs and expectations to be able to stay the market leader by improving its sales. So the aim of this Thesis is to come up with solutions and recommendations for how to increase satisfaction and awareness of physicians.
