| Abstract: | In my thesis Iwould like to give a brief overview of workplace relationships and its effectson job satisfaction and efficiency. The reader will receive information aboutthe role and importance of workplace relationships and about the topic’s complexitythrough different researches and theories. I also write about job satisfactionand its influencing factors. Workplace relationships and job satisfaction areinseperable as these kind of relationships can significantly influence onessatisfaction at the workplace and with that it can also have a major influenceon commitment, efficiency and performance. In my research I would like study thesetopics and their relationships with a questionnaire and find out more aboutworkplace relationships, job satisfaction, efficiency and their connections. |
