Kivonat:Social media plays a big role in the life of today's e-commerce, which also affects people's ordinary lives. This has been recognised by digital agencies, which are constantly looking for new social media marketing tools. These tools include new apps such as the now hugely successful TikTok, which is being hailed as a game changer. In this work, I investigate the success of this app from the perspective of digital agencies.
