Abstract:This thesis investigates workforce retention in the Hungarian hospitality industry. Focusing on work-life balance and organizational communication, the study explores their impact on employee commitment in the 21st century.Surveying over 250 individuals in the industry, the study identifies these factors as key contributors to job satisfaction and retention. Strategic approaches encompass recruitment efficacy, professional development, and innovative benefits. The research underscores the importance of a positive workplace culture, competitive compensation, and attention to employee well-being in fostering loyalty. It emphasizes collaborative efforts between employers and employees in creating supportive environments.
