Kivonat: | The purpose of this thesis was to analyze how digital technology impacts sales and marketing of four-star hotels in Budapest. There were discussesed about the development, trends, application and impact of digital technology in the hospitality industry and how it can be applied to developed and developing countries to different types of hotels both in. There are still a scarcity of utilization of information technology and AI based technology at four- and five-star hotels in Budapest which contributes to guest dissatisfaction and less customer acquisition.They need to further increase the use of digital technology for hotels to adapt their services to the needs and preferences of modern travelers who are increasingly reliant on digital platforms for booking, feedback and engagement.In the bustling city of Budapest, four-star hotels are experiencing a digital revolution. |
