Kivonat:In my thesis, I undertake an investigation into the influencing factors of customer satisfaction in the cruising industry. The worldwide tourist industry includes the vibrant and quickly expanding cruise industry. Cruise holidays have been incredibly popular over the years because they provide visitors with a distinctive mix of luxury, adventure, and leisure. Customer happiness is one of the essential success elements in this sector. For cruise lines to both bring in new customers and keep existing devoted following, it is crucial to comprehend the aspects that affect consumer happiness. In this thesis, Viking Cruises, one of the top cruise companies on the Danube River, is used as a case study to examine the value of researching the elements that affect customer satisfaction in the travel industry.
