| Abstract: | My thesis's subject is preparing a plan for an ongoing project. While working at IKEA Home Furnishing Ltd., I was tasked with optimizing outflow logistics processes. I follow the lean management approach and use its tools to achieve this goal. Within the framework of the project plan, I defined deadlines and responsibilities, as well as tools for implementation that could be useful in filtering out over time.A complete Task Analysis is performed to examine the outflow processes. It is called Lean at Log. Project. |
