| Abstract: | The thesis revolves around demonstrating and understanding key theories and practices about CSR aligned with societal, environmental, and economical concepts. It is divided into two main topics. The first half explores, analyses and reflects on CSR, breaking it down to multiple groups. History of CSR, implementation of CSR, strategic CSR, and strategic thinking. It also discusses how CSR can be considered both mandatory and voluntary. In the second half, the thesis investigates how K&H applies the ideas, in the form of a case study, and an interview with the head of strategy. |
