Abstract: | This research aimed to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial personality traits and job satisfaction among small business entrepreneurs in Hungary with fewer than 50 employees. A questionnaire consisting of 19 questions was used to collect the data. Furthermore, a pilot questionnaire was conducted which provided valuable insights to refine the final questionnaire which was administered to 40 participants. The data collected was analyzed by using Pearson’s correlation function as well as the mean responses. The study revealed a positive correlation between entrepreneurial personality traits innovation, risk-taking, resilience, locus of control, and proactiveness with job satisfaction. The research resulted in noteworthy findings regarding the job satisfaction of entrepreneurs. |
