Abstract:This thesis examines corporate crisis communication (CCC) during COVID-19, focusing on Amazon. It analyzes how major corporations adapted their strategies to pandemic challenges through literature reviews, internet articles, and surveys. The study covers the evolution of CCC, the impact of remote work, and social media's role, with Amazon's response as a case study.
