Abstract: | This study aims to figure out how the liquor company carry out the strategical transformation in the era of big data. Since China's Reform and Opening up, the liquor industry has gradually become one of the important pillars of national economic development and has made significant contributions to the country's economic development. At present, the liquor industry is huge in scale, and the competition among liquor enterprises is becoming more and more intense. With the innovation of science and technology, the popularity of information technology, and the coming of the big data era, this also means that liquor companies are facing more opportunities and challenges. How to formulate strategies suitable for the long-term development of their own enterprises has become an important issue. This article will analyze the macro-environment and micro-environment of the liquor industry, the corporate strategy and financial situation of Kweichow Moutai Co., Ltd., and find out the advantages and disadvantages of its corporate development strategy, to provide a certain reference for companies in the same industry.
