Kivonat:In the rapid-paced world of the 21st century, eating habits develop in parallel with technological progress, globalization and changing social norms.The goal of my dissertation was to search for answers how an essential need like nutrition was capable of creating a new type of fashion which is highly isnpired by our desire to stay healthy.To gain the answers, I examined the social, economic, and cultural aspects that affect the general mentality of mealing, and tried to provide an insight into not only the individual, but also the commercial side of food consumption.
