Kivonat:This study investigate the relationship between e-WOM( restaurant reviews, UCG) and financial performance. Data was collected from various online reviews platforms, interviews with restaurant managers and survey about how online reviews effects the consumer behavior. The study explored the role of different factors that may influence the relationship between e-WOM and financil performance. The findings provided important insights into how e-WOM can leveraged to improve the financial perfromance of restaurants.
