Kivonat:With the emergence of AI in recent years, it has made significant impacts in various sectors due to its productivity and robust operations, and the hotel industry is no exception. AI technologies excel in roles such as data analysis and storage, helping businesses to save resources and deliver more efficient performance than ever before. The hotel industry in Vietnam is still lagging behind other developed neighboring countries in modernizing this service sector. Therefore, understanding and applying AI technology in the hotel environment is essential. This study has explored the most popular AI technologies supporting the front office department in hotels: AI Robot Concierge Service, AI-based check-in, and AI Chatbots, and identified the highlights of the two technologies, AI-based check-in method and chatbot. The study also indicated the impacts of these AI technologies at the front office on user satisfaction, and their influence on the hotel industry, and outlined the limitations of applying AI technologies as well as gave an overview of predictions about the use of these technologies in the industry. Culture and consumer psychology's impact is also being looked at in order to assist businesses in implementing AI technology in hotels with greater clarity.
