Kivonat: | Urban tourism has emerged as the primary emphasis of city marketing due to the ongoing development of the times. In this regard, hotels have started to actively engage in a variety of marketing initiatives as a significant component of the travel and tourist sector. These initiatives seek to improve hotel brands, draw in more visitors, and encourage the growth of municipal tourism overall. This paper's research motivation examines the significance of these marketing initiatives for urban tourism. Hotels arrange marketing initiatives that are helpful in promoting urban tourism, and the satisfaction of visitors with hotel marketing activities is given via case studies and descriptive research. Hotels may showcase the city's attributes and attractions to a broader audience by means of diverse media platforms and strategic planning initiatives. Since travellers often opt to visit the most well-known cities, it is imperative that city tourism be improved in order to draw more visitors. Marketing initiatives may also heighten travellers' curiosity and motivation to visit the place. Hotels may encourage travellers to engage in window-dressing campaigns and provide appealing incentives to draw in more visitors and boost interest in city tourism. The growth of urban tourism will be fueled by this rise in interested visitors, who will not only encourage their arrival but also help to extend their stay in the city. The goal of this research is to provide guidance to hotel managers and managers responsible for promoting urban tourism on how to control hotel marketing initiatives in order to increase visitor satisfaction |
