| Abstract: | The research investigates the characteristics and conditions of team building events on employee engagement with a particular focus on generational groups at BASF Hungária Kft. as a base of the study. The main objective is dedicated to assessing the impact of such events on employees and understand the real motivation behind organizing them, and whether team building events have a significant effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, a special focus is devoted to investigating underlying needs and demands of different generations of team building events to further enhance the overall satisfaction in the long-run. |
