Key challenges include disparities in the quality of service provided by staff and ineffective management practices. It is imperative for the Beijing tourism industry to recognize, address, and surmount these obstacles. To resolve these issues effectively, it is essential to implement comprehensive policy reforms and optimize resource allocation. Such measures will enhance tourist satisfaction and bolster Beijing's appeal and competitive edge in the global tourism market. Effective strategies should encompass both broad and specific aspects of the tourism industry. This paper will explore several key issues currently facing the tourism industry in Beijing and propose strategies to address these challenges. Sustainable progress will be achieved through thorough reforms, diligent implementation, and strict monitoring of outcomes.
