It plays an increasingly important role in international relations and international competition. More and more countries are aware of this, they are developing soft power strategies based on their unique cultural advantages, further strengthening their influence in the international arena through cultural diplomacy. It also uses Panda Diplomacy and Confucius Institutes as case studies to examine the influence of Chinese soft power and cultural diplomacy in today's world, as well as its effectiveness and limitations.
