It plays an increasingly important role in international relations and international competition. More and more countries are aware of this, they are developing soft power strategies based on their unique cultural advantages, further strengthening their influence in the international arena through cultural diplomacy. This paper focuses on China and examines the soft power strategy that China has launched in the 21st century.
