Kivonat: | In recent years, there has been a growing focus among companies on the well-being of their employees. More companies around the world impement internal communities to engage employees. This research provides examples of my personal experience as a People Operations Manager, as well as examples of large enterprices from Russia, the USA, and Europe to answer the question of how internal communities implact business and employees.Based on my primary and secondary research, communities arean excellent tool not only for bringing employees together in large corporations but also for addressing a variety of other important HR management tasks and objectives such as employee retention, team development, and improving communication between employees. |
