Due to the volatile internal and international conditions, trade and economic policies have been undergoing constant changes, conflicts, and adjustments. This is a reaction to the evolving surroundings. Economic policy reforms exhibit a slower and less remarkable pace compared to trade policy reforms, which are characterized by a more quick and dramatic nature.The thesis is to analyze how economic and trade policy have impact to each other as well as to the global econony. The influence that changes in policy have on the distribution of resources and income may be used as a measure of the impact that these changes have on the environment of the international economy. There is a significant difference in the consequences of economic policies in closed countries and open economies, which is an essential point to keep in mind. How the decision to begin on a certain strategy influent in a variety of interesting and significant outcomes for the global economy. |
