Abstract: | The evolution of e-commerce models has been a focal point in the contemporary retail landscape, showcasing a myriad of strategies that have propelled their rise. This thesis sets out to explore the dynamic strategies underpinning the ascent of e-commerce models and their broader implications. Motivated by a keen interest in the transformative nature of digital commerce and my firsthand experience as a regular purchaser from platforms like Amazon and Shein, this research aims to dissect the strategies employed by e-commerce models to establish and thrive in the competitive market. From the adoption of innovative technologies to the implementation of targeted marketing approaches, there is a rich tapestry of tactics driving their success. Through a comprehensive analysis, this study seeks to unravel the intricacies of e-commerce strategies across various industries and market segments.
