Based on various sources in the field of crisis management and communication, such as Coombs' Handbook of Crisis Communication, it analyzes content such as the company's messages, communication channels (both online and offline), timing etc., evaluates their use and effectiveness in restoring the company's reputation and earning back stakeholder trust, while also giving recommendations and making projections for the future.
