Abstract:Technological innovations have been actively introduced in various fields, which gives companies the opportunity to gain a competitive advantage. One of them is Customer management system (CRM)CRM gives the opportunity to collect and analyze data and establish a long-term relationship with the customers, which in itself implies an increase in the number of loyal customers.It is crucial for Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to integrate CRM systems into their operations to facilitate improved resource management, streamlined communication, and enhanced engagement with stakeholders, donors, customers, employees, and volunteers.The primary goal of this research is to develop recommendations for a user-friendly and cost-effective CRM system to meet the specific requirements of non-governmental organizations in Georgia
