Abstract:This study Building Smooth and resilient Supply Chain Operations by Using Artificial Intelligenceinvestigates how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve supply chain operations. It focusses on demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and procurement. By using industry professionals opinions through surveys and interviews, it highlights how AI can boost accuracy, efficiency, and adaptability. Practical uses of AI such as predictive analytics and automation are discussed long with challenges such as the need for better infrastructure and readiness within organizations. The findings show how AI can help create more efficient and resilient supply chains. Additionally, it explores opportunities for further exploration in its use across different industries.
