| Kivonat: | My thesis is going to explain and give an insight into the recent situation and the probable future in one of the most classic and still relevant forms of entertainment, movies. This research aims to understand the impact of digitalization and the emergence of streaming platforms on the traditional cinema shopping experience, considering the disruptive effect of the pandemic, and whether the cinemas can stay afloat in the future. In order to do so, I am having three research questions, for which I will try to answer as thoroughly as possible. These research questions will be repeated later in the introduction, and in the chapter in which I am going to briefly elaborate them. |
