| Abstract: | In my thesis I am writing about the establishment of a Start-up company, and the whole process of a start-up, from the idea, to funding, establishing and at the end exiting the company, and also the process of finding investors who are the right ones for the company. I am researching, the difficulties in starting a start-up company, how can one develop a successful business from a simple idea to a worldwide market, and what are the tough parts, where do these companies usually fail, also what distinguishes a successful start-up from a failed one. |
