However, they also bring challenges like job displacement, ethical concerns, and building trust with consumers.This thesis explores the impact of AI and robotics on commerce, focusing on three areas: consumer acceptance, workforce changes, and how businesses implement these technologies. While AI offers convenience and safety, people still worry about data privacy, ethics, and losing personal interactions. To succeed, businesses need to balance efficiency with transparency.AI is also changing the job landscape. While some roles are being replaced, there are new opportunities for workers to reskill in areas like AI management and data analysis. Governments, businesses, and educators all play a role in helping workers transition.
