Abstract: | The thesis aimed at proposing sustainability integration into strategic business frameworks in order to increase competitiveness and significance. In return, when firms face these challenges, GSD, transformational leadership and consumer push for environmental responsibility offer new frontiers that lead to better reputation, operation and financial performance. It therefore has concluded that sustainability needs to be part of corporate strategy, and a major factor for coping and thriving in modern businesses. |
