The study examines the company's current operational structure, strategic positioning, and challenges through qualitative research based on in-depth interviews with key executives. The research is supported by SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces framework, and financial ratio analysis, offering insights into internal strengths, weaknesses, external opportunities, and threats. Particular attention is given to the company’s procurement and logistics processes, sales strategy, and market positioning. The findings highlight areas for potential development, such as enhancing digital presence, mitigating supply chain risks, and expanding into new product markets. The study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of SME dynamics in Hungary and to provide practical recommendations for sustaining growth and competitiveness in a changing market environment. | |
