Description
Abstract:This thesis investigates the evolution of human rights throughout the course of history, as well as the efforts that the International Criminal Court (ICC) is making to safeguard them in the present day. It examines actual events such as Darfur, Syria, and Gaza and highlights the difficulties that the International Criminal Court (ICC) has when attempting to hold individuals responsible. It is the purpose of this project to demonstrate the significance of justice and to discuss ways in which we may enhance worldwide efforts to safeguard human rights in the 21st century.
