| Abstract: | The thesis“ESG, Its Sustainability, and how Sustainable it is” looks into the sustainability factor in ESG and analyses how well businesses apply sustainability into their plans and activity. Thisstudy looks at sustainable financing and how it encourages brownfield revitalization and sustainable infrastructure. Researching the sustainability impact of green bonds along with their financial regulations and policies is one of the important parts in this paper. The thesis presents suggestions on improving infrastructure regulations, brownfield revitalization, and in general ESG sustainability after thoroughly evaluating existing strategies and policies. The study offers conclusions on improving sustainability frameworks and regulatory strategies to guarantee long-term environmental and economic viability, while depending on mycivil engineering perspective. |
