The study compares China’s situation with Vietnam and India, highlighting the changing competitive landscape. Findings reveal that rising labor costs, regulatory unpredictability, and intensifying global tensions have significantly weakened investor confidence. The thesis also reflects on China’s historical investment promotion strategies and discusses why the post-2020 FDI slowdown differs from global patterns. Finally, policy recommendations are offered to restore trust and attract sustainable investment. | |
