Description
Abstract:With an emphasis on upcycling and sustainability, this thesis investigates growth strategies for fashion businesses venturing into the world's most prominent fashion hubs. The study highlights important prospects and problems by comparing Paris, Milan, London, and New York with up-and-coming cities like Berlin, Budapest, Copenhagen, and Vienna. The importance of customer preferences, digital innovation, and eco-conscious practices on startup success is highlighted by quantitative research, which includes surveys and interviews. The results indicate that upcycling adoption, digital presence, and strategic alliances are essential for global expansion. Furthermore, sustainability measures have a big impact on long-term economic viability in addition to improving brand reputation. The thesis ends with helpful suggestions for new businesses looking to break into the fiercely competitive international fashion marketplaces while upholding their moral and environmental obligations.
