| 520 | 3 | |a This thesis explores how students at the Budapest University of Economics and Business (BUEB) can develop their soft skills through different university programs. While several courses help students in this area, this research focuses mainly on the "Building the Bank of the Future" project course. The study is based on secondary data and the feedback of students who took part in the program. The results show that students improved important skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. It also became clear that working on real-life projects is very useful for preparing students for future jobs. In addition, the findings highlight that understanding their own strengths and areas for improvement is an important part of long-term career success. The thesis shows that soft skills can be developed in university if students are open and motivated to learn through experience. | |
