Abstract:This dissertation focuses on the possible motivating effects of a developing and versatile gastronomy in Hungary on its tourism with the intention of evaluating whether the country's way of taking advantage of the favourable geographical and agricultural potentials with the products of high quality, long standing culinary traditions and culture is appropriate to boost this sector of economy or not.
