| 520 | 3 | |a Tour guides play an important role in the tourism activities. The tour guide is not only the propagandist of the government, but the national folk ambassador. When we see vigorous development of tourism industry, we cannot ignore the psychological activities of tour guides and their contribution. The development of tourism has led to a rapid increase in the number of tour guides. According to statistics, in 2016 the number of Chinese tour guides reaches about 0.9 million. It can be seen that tour guides have become a pivotal group in the tourism industry. Guizhou Province is a developed tourism city. Many people work as a tour guide, so this research takes the full-time and part-time tour guides in regional travel agencies and tour guide service institutions as research object, and carries out the study from four aspects including tour guides’ psychological activities, psychological needs, psychological quality and psychological pressure; Through understanding current situation and influence factors of tour guides work, analysis of the psychological activity and demand of tour guides, on this basis discuss how to improve tour guides' psychological problems and needs, making the psychological state of tour guides more positive. At the same time, get reasonable suggestions for tour guides and tourism enterprises, thus contributing to healthy and sustainable development for tourism industry. | |
