Kivonat:In my bachelor thesis I am writing about Artifical Intelligence Tools in Digital Marketing, specifically recommendation systems and chatbots. My research questions ask about what is the most effective recommendation system to reach digital marketing goals, what are the biggest challenges of implementing chatbots and what are the biggest gains of using chatbots for a business, and its digital marketing activities. In course of my primary research I did a quantitative analysis of user interaction data with recommendation systems and interviews with companies that use chatbots.
