| Kivonat: | The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a major surprise and downturn in the business world, putting pressure on companies to rethink their strategy and quickly adjust to previously unknown conditions. This article explores the different aspects that were involved in making strategic decisions during the time of this crisis, with examples of how actual multinational companies developed and put strategies in execution to deal with the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic and come out stronger in the following years. As companies fight for success in the face of uncertainty, we examine at the deep connection between strategies and business, including factors like creativity, cooperation, and prediction. To fully understand practical solutions to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to analyze the negative effects it has had on enterprises across industries.
