| Kivonat: | The thesis submitted above is meant to examine the Role of Artificial Intelligence in Budapest tourism. Especially from 2 main aspect which are the following: sustainability and affordability. Througout the thesis several issues of overtourism will be discussed and application will be presented as their most likely solution such as BudapestGO for crowdtracking and management and Lightstay application to use for hotels to track their carbonfoot prints. After examining these angles the research involved a small questionare for tourist how they feel about Artificial Intellingence during their stay in Budapest, and interviews with Hilton Budapest employees what is their experience with artificial intelligence and sustainability and also affordability aspect of their work. |
