| Kivonat: | This study aims to investigate the specialty coffee preferences of young consumers (aged 18–30) in Budapest. Through a quantitative survey, it identifies key factors influencing their choices towards a cup of specialty coffee and a specialty coffee shop, such as coffee quality, shop atmosphere, pricing, and ethical sourcing. Results show a preference for light-roasted coffee, artisanal beverages, and comfortable environments. These insights can help coffee shop owners tailor their offerings to meet the expectations of this growing market segment. |
