Using a quantitative survey of 110 respondents, the research analyzes employment patterns, financial and professional drivers, academic consequences, and job preferences. Findings show that although many students balance significant workloads, professional motivations, such as gaining experience, developing skills, and building a future career, are stronger than financial necessity. Statistical analysis confirms that career-oriented factors outweigh financial ones. The study concludes that student employment functions not only as income generation, but as an important step in professional development.
